Malaysia's Food & Hotel Malaysia (known as FHM) Culinary Competition was held in September this year. It is a global competition of culinary excellence that takes place in Kuala Lumpur City Centre every two years. Chung Hanyi, Lien Hwa Milling Corp's (LHMC) own Product Development Chef, won bronze medal in the Artistic Showpiece category with his skillful creation of a Greco-Roman inspired masterpiece that depicts the Egyptian Goddess of Isis. LHMC, the company behind Hanyi that puts quality at the forefront, also received SQF international certification, the leading authority of global food safety this year.
